Right of withdrawal: how it works If you have made a purchase on our website, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within the time limits set by law.
> Access reserved for registered customers: to access the withdrawal section you must be registered on the website and have placed at least one order.
> No reason required: the law does not require you to state a reason for withdrawing from the contract.
> Written confirmation guaranteed: after submitting your request you will receive a confirmation email with the content and exact time of your declaration.
How to submit your withdrawal request:
1. Log in to your account on the website (you must be registered and have placed at least one order).
2. Click on your name at the top right of the page, then select "My account" from the menu.
3. On your account page you will find the link "Withdraw from the contract here": click it to view the list of your orders.
4. Find the order you wish to withdraw from and click "Submit a withdrawal request for this order", if the order is still within the eligible time limit.
5. Fill in the form with the requested details and confirm with the "Confirm withdrawal" button.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
