Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

The packages are shipped Courier. Delivery in Europe (mainland) is carried out in 2/4 working days depending on the day of shipment. Worldwide shipment can require additional time. However, Dive Industries srl is not responsible about transit time once the parcel has been entrusted to the courier.

Shipping costs include the wrapping expenses.
The boxes dimensions are reasonable and the items are well protected anyway, in case you receive a damaged parcel or with signs of alteration, it is necessary to accept it "with a reservation", to have access to the courier's refund system, in case the content result to be damaged.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Dive Industries srl is not responsible about any damage caused by the courier during transport.

You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the delivery at your expenses (terms & Conditions apply).
The items have to be delivered to Operational headquarters: via Vetturini 22/24 Valpiana (Massa Marittima) 58024 GR - Italy
Not authorised returns will be sent back to the sender at his/her own charge.
