Company and production
DiveSystem was founded in 1993 in Tuscany, a few kilometres from the sea. It designs, manufactures and sells its own products directly, to keep control of every stage.

Production departments, showroom, warehouse, research areas and training classrooms are gathered in one single centre of 2,500 m², surrounded by green. Instructors, engineers, university researchers and tailors work closely together on the same project.

The company has a 10.5 metre deep pool for research, product testing and demonstrations. Every product is tested before delivery.

Every suit is constructed as a tailor-made product: a sewing pattern is created, the contours and lines of that suit are traced on neoprene or trilaminate, and it is cut by hand, piece by piece. Glues, seams and tailoring components draw on more than 30 years of experience.

The fins are made of natural rubber, compression-moulded in the facility: a single fin takes many tons of pressure for about 15 minutes.
