Measure 6: Pelvis

Place the tape measure as shown in the picture.

ATTENTION: If your buddy has tailor's skill, he will place the tape measure on the maximum circumference of your gluteus, but the tape measure have to be placed at the beginning of your gluteus.

Move on this prospective and take the picture.
If you are not sure about the position of the tape measure take a picture of your back to let us check it.

Always take care of: Try to take exactly the same picture you see above.
We have to see the edge of the tape measure (the metallic part as shown in the picture).

If you are not sure about a picture, take more pictures.
