Measure 7: Distance neck-waist from back

Place the tape measure from the vertebra at the end of the neck to the waist. The tape measure have to touch the skin (has shown in picture).

Move on this prospective and take the picture.

Always take care of: Try to take exactly the same picture you see above.
We have to see the edge of the tape measure (the metallic part as shown in the picture).

If you are not sure about a picture, take more pictures.
