Sealing

SI-Tech modular sealing system

Standard equipped with the SI-Tech system for neck and wrists, featuring user-replaceable neck, hood and wrist seals with full autonomy, with no need to send them in for service. The neck seal is available in silicone, latex, or latex with a hood welded to the collar (COMBO version): in this configuration a full-face mask system can be fitted, keeping the head dry and sealed at all times. Thanks to the COMBO system, water cannot enter the suit even if the hood is torn. Quick field maintenance between missions.

Frequently asked questions · HazDry Public Safety

What applications is the HazDry Public Safety suit designed for?
For Search & Rescue, underwater police, fire service, civil protection and contaminated water operations. Certified to EN 13034, EN 14225-4 and EN 14126 for chemical and biological protection.
What is the difference between HazDry Public Safety and HazDry Commercial Diving?
The Public Safety has vulcanised Heavy Duty boots with neoprene inner lining (excellent grip and comfort), standard SI-Tech system on neck and wrists with user-replaceable seals, optimised for Search & Rescue. The Commercial Diving has S5 boots with steel toecap and anti-perforation plate (EN 20345:2022 certified) and dedicated Neck Dam and professional helmet sections.
What are the boots on the HazDry Public Safety like?
Heavy Duty neoprene boots, externally vulcanised with a rubber outer lining, plus an internal neoprene lining. Maximum grip and durability for the toughest Search & Rescue operations.
Are the SI-Tech seals user-replaceable without sending them in for service?
Yes. The modular SI-Tech system allows the neck, hood and wrist seals to be replaced independently in the field, with no need to send them in for service. Fast field maintenance between missions.
What is the COMBO neck and hood system?
It's the configuration with a latex neck seal and a hood welded directly to the collar. It allows a full-face mask system to be fitted, keeping the head dry and sealed at all times. If the hood tears or is punctured, the COMBO system still keeps water out of the suit.
What is the price of the HazDry Public Safety suit?
Pricing is on request, reserved for professional operators. Contact milpro@divesystem.com for a personalised quote based on configuration, size and quantity.
Is it available in different sizes?
Yes, available in standard sizes and custom configurations. For special sizes or specific requirements, contact the milpro team.
