Certification
HazDry is CE certified as a Category III Personal Protective Equipment against chemical and biological hazards, certified for use with drysuit valves (also available without). This dual certification ensures full regulatory compliance in every operational configuration: from the most demanding offshore missions to inspections at contaminated nuclear sites.

Material
The multilayer structure combines high chemical-resistance polyurethane with a high-density nylon core resistant to tears and punctures. The result is the highest level of protection available for CWD and Hazmat environments, with low-retention surfaces for fast decontamination cycles and outstanding abrasion resistance.

Operations
Low-retention polyurethane surfaces allow rapid and effective decontamination cycles, even with high-pressure washing. Less downtime, lower costs per shift, more operations completed within tight time windows.

Reinforcement
High-wear areas are protected by a second layer of the same internally bonded multilayer material. Abrasion resistance is exceptional and operational service life is maximised, even in the most demanding shipyard and industrial environments.

Safety
The polyurethane boots are structurally integrated into the suit and equipped with a steel toecap and stainless-steel anti-perforation plate. Certified to EN 20345:2022 Class S5 CI SRC · the highest standard for industrial and contaminated underwater environments.

Sealing
Equipped as standard with SI-Tech wrist rings and user-replaceable seals · no need to send them in for service. Supplied with latex neck seal as standard; SI-Tech modular neck system available as an option for additional maintenance flexibility. Can also be fitted with removable dry gloves with an anti-flood system: an extra wrist seal keeps the suit watertight even if a glove is punctured.

Compatibility
Designed to integrate with the leading professional diving helmets and Neck Dam systems on the market. Compatible with DRASS-Galeazzi, Kirby Morgan, Tatum and other major manufacturers for the professional and military commercial diver.

Gas Management
The CWD configuration includes a dual-membrane SI-Tech exhaust valve and a DIN-type inflate valve; CEJN-type on request, also available with shut-off function. Certified with valves (also available without), offering maximum operational flexibility for contaminated water diving.

Manufacturing
While many suppliers face shortages and delays, DiveSystem maintains full production autonomy in its 2,500 m² facility in Tuscany. Every HazDry suit is designed, built, tested and assembled in-house: total control over quality, delivery times and custom configurations.
From raw material to finished product.
CE certified as PPE Cat. III against chemical and biological hazards, certified with drysuit valves (also available without) · the highest protection level required by the most demanding contracts.
