Measure 22: Distance waist-ankle

Place the tape measure from the waist to the ground (as shown in the picture).
Take care to place the tape measure over the side of the knee the malleolus and the foot.

Move on this prospective and take the picture.

Always take care of: Try to take exactly the same picture you see above.
We have to see the edge of the tape measure (the metallic part as shown in the picture).

If you are not sure about a picture, take more pictures.
