The tape measure has to touch your skin.

Wear the underpants only.
We need your body measure, our modelist will think about the math to create your dive suit.

WARNING: Picture with undergarment, shirts etc. will be rejected.

Place the tape measure in the right way.

Not too tight, not too loose.
Your skin is more elastic than you think. If you place the tape measure to tight the measure will be wrong.

Don't worry is about 20 years we manufacture "made to measure" dive suits. We will check the picture, if tape measure would be too tight or to loose we will ask you to take the picture again!.

Do what we say, in the way we say to do it.

We know what we to do.
Take the picture in the way we say to take them. Almost in every picture there are some "secrets" we use to create a perfect Made to Measure dive suit.

1. NO Nudity:

Do not send us picture with nudity.

No exception is allowed. Pictures with nudity will be rejected..

2. Your Privacy:

Only DiveSystem's staff will see the pictures.

Sending us your pictures you agree that the staff of DiveSystem to see your picture and to use them the produce your dive suit.

Your pictures will not be shown to other people.

3. The Privacy others:

You are responsible about the picture you send us.

Sending the picture you accept to be responsible of their content, especially of the other people in the picture (typically your buddy that helps you positioning the tape measure).

The privacy of the other people will be regulated according to point 2. ("Your Privacy") of this terms and conditions.

You have the responsibility to let them know this terms (read with them this page) and to make sure they agree with this terms.

4. You can use the Atelier: Remote Measure only to make a DiveSystem dive suit:

You cannot use the DiveSystem Atelier: Remote Measure to send the pictures to someone else.

4.1.By clicking "I Accept the Terms and Conditions" at the end of this page you undertake to not send the pictures realised with the DiveSystem Atelier: Remote Measure to anyone else that will realise a product not produced by DiveSystem.

4.2.You undertake to not send the picture to people not related with DiveSystem or that will use them to produce or to make produced a not DiveSystem product.

4.3. You undertake to not send the picture to people not related with DiveSystem or that will use them to produce (directly or by third party) a not DiveSystem product.

4.4. Violators will be persecuted.

5. We can ask you to take a picture again:

If we cannot use a picture we will ask you to do it again.

DiveSystem will check the pictures, if we cannot use one of more of them we will ask you to do it (or them) again.

If you refuse to make again the picture DiveSystem has the right to refuse the order.
