Measure 12: Wrists

Look for the protuberance of the end of the ulna (near the wrist).

Place the tape measure before the protuberance.
ATTENTION: Place the tape measure before the protuberance, not over the protuberance.

Move on this prospective and take the picture.
Take the picture of the right wrist and of the left wrist.

Always take care of: Try to take exactly the same picture you see above.
We have to see the edge of the tape measure (the metallic part as shown in the picture).

If you are not sure about a picture, take more pictures.
